Access to Property: You agree to provide us with access to your property at the agreed-upon times to perform services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Safety and Hazards: You are responsible for removing any hazards (e.g., pets, obstacles, etc.) from the work area. We are not liable for accidents or damages resulting from unsafe conditions.

Utilities and Infrastructure: It is your responsibility to mark and inform us of any underground utilities, wiring, or irrigation systems before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

No Warranty: Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the outcome of our services.
